The only thing worse than a flat tire is overheating your ATV. Stock radiators were not designed with heavy mud in mind. By relocating the radiator to the ATV’s front rack, it can stay free of mud since it’s easily accessible for cleaning and rinsing. Being positioned higher protects the radiator when driving over branches and provides greater airflow. This kit also snorkels your intakes, so you can get deeper into the mud, guaranteeing a more enjoyable ride.

The High Lifter research and design team knows that stock radiators are designed to work in various harsh conditions and terrain. The only condition manufacturers didn’t design for was mud completely clogging the cooling fins. By relocating the radiator to the front rack, you can keep it free of mud and easily access the radiator for rinsing and cleaning.

Our heavy-duty relocation kits are mounted at a 40–50 degree angle (depending on make and model) to deflect debris. The housings and mounting rack are made from 12-gauge steel and powder-coated in a textured black finish to look great on any off-roader. The precisely cut High Lifter logo on the housing makes your ATV stand out in any crowd. If you already have snorkels, some rerouting may be required. If you don’t have snorkels yet, there’s still plenty of room on the front rack to fit them in various combinations.

This kit provides easy access to the radiator cap, so you can maintain fluid levels with minimal hassle.
