Motorcycle reservation:

Motorcycle Rental HYOSUNG GV 125 – The motorcycle can be reserved on the www.prormotors.lv website or by calling +371 29266927 for a specific date of your choice. If the motorcycle rental is planned within the next 48 hours, please make the reservation by phone or by writing an e-mail to prormotors@inbox.lv and please make a transfer to our account of 20Eur for each unit of moto equipment. Company details can be found in the contacts section. We recommend specifying your phone number, the date of the chosen day, and which moto equipment you would like to reserve.
It is mandatory to send the information by e-mail, please specify your phone number, the date of the chosen day, and which moto equipment you would like to reserve. If the e-mail is not sent, the reservation will not be made!
PRO R-MOTORS guarantees the client the specific chosen motorcycle. In cases when the motorcycle is not available, the client is offered the option to choose a motorcycle of the corresponding class (but not a specific model).

Rental fee:

The daily rental fee is calculated for 24 hours. The rental fee includes technical maintenance and mandatory third-party liability insurance (OCTA). Fuel is not included in the rental price.

Rental period:

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. If the rental period limit is exceeded by 30 minutes, an additional fee of ¼ of the motorcycle’s one-day rental price is charged. If the rental period limit is exceeded by 3 hours, an additional fee for a full rental day is charged.

Identity documents:

The renter must present a passport or ID card and a driver’s license that is valid for at least 6 more months from the time of presentation.

Additional driver:

The rented motorcycle may also be driven by other riders, provided this is specified in advance in the rental agreement.

Payments:

Payments for the motorcycle rental can be made in cash or by bank transfer before receiving the motorcycle.

The set deductible deposit is collected from the renter no later than the start of the rental. The deductible deposit is 100-300 EUR (depending on the motorcycle or ATV model), which is returned within 3-7 days from the moment the motorcycle is received.

Motorcycle delivery/handover:

Motorcycle delivery and handover – by prior arrangement with PRO R-MOTORS SIA.

Technical consultation-assistance:

Technical assistance is provided for motorcycles within a 50km radius around Riga within 3 hours (during business hours – on business days)! Phone consultation is available until 22:00 on business days.

Cancellation of motorcycle rental reservation:

If the client wishes to cancel or change a rental reservation, this must be notified at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation.

The money paid for the reservation is non-refundable.

Motorcycle use:

A daily mileage limit of 200-350 km is set. An additional fee of 0.20EUR is charged for each exceeded 1 km.

Territorial restrictions:

Latvia. Lithuania, Estonia – by prior agreement with PRO R-MOTORS SIA.

Fuel:

Motorcycles are handed over to the client with a full fuel tank. The fee for refilling missing fuel after the rental is set at 2 EUR per missing liter.

Penalties:

The fee for losing the motorcycle’s documents or keys is 200 EUR.

All fines for administrative and traffic rule violations committed while using the motorcycle must be covered by the renter.

An additional administration fee of 20 EUR will be charged for each fine, administrative and traffic rule violation.

A fee starting from 7 EUR is charged for returning a dirty motorcycle.
